I agree, It was fun messing around with my lil PSP back in the day BUT now... we have a full fledged operating system on a 3D HDTV with surround and move controllers, What more can you ask for, o wait EVERYTHING! LoL love this stuff, i swear!

I am curious on when it will be released though, it would be nice to have some more copy support, and file transfer gui, among other things, easy stuff really. Im sure the next one will blow us away though.

1>> Improved version, which means no more controllers prob and not affected by firmwares
2>> NTFS support
3>> Option to store Game Data on External Hard Disk source..

I would like to see NTFS and mkv support. That's all. I really don't care about much else. I could live without the backup games and all that other stuff.

well they are still not responding to emails... i don't think we are ever going to see a new backup manager from them... i prefer my backup manager 2.0 XD

Backup Manager could be improved greatly with:
- Support for NTFS
- Support for Media files (like movies etc.)
- Copying games from external to internal !!!

i honestly think that the backup manager could only be improved in regards to the reliability of some games with controller sync issues and on the fly patching for games that req higher fw.

there is no need for movie support as all movies can be processed on the pc and sent to ps3 for storage.

the extended file support would have to be integrated into the ps3 fw for it to be any use as far as i know. i think that custom fw will bring many welcome additions when it is achievable.

mkv support is just dumb, that is a backup manager not a movie manager jesus! japsander is right we need that patch on the fly of higher firmware games. where is our custom firmware to use with jaicrab tool :S???
