I like it, if it was me I would have something abstract or something with a lot of different colours and motives though, but everyone has their own tastes
also I suck at drawing so I wouldn't be able to do it myself, lol ![]() What kind og spray are you using? |

Hey all,,
Had few hiccups and alot of dry n wet sanding to do LOL I am using black gloss for the black and a metallic red for red stripe,, only problem ive found,, is get my red line to be a nice neat line across,, it seems to look almost like a straight but very small imperfections,, Any Ideas on how to make sure i avoid this next time, BTW the black gloss looks SWEEEET Yeh Basically ive done the following,,, sanded it down with very fine sand paper,, then primed it.. step 1,, black Gloss step 2,, THE WAITING GAME (how boring that it !! ) step 3,, red stripe step 4,, THE WAITING GAME AGAIN (Still Boring lol) Im only at Step 2 so far ! as started it later than planned. any advice on sprying the red line on nicely would be much appreciated ! yeah tape off the ps3 on each side of the stripe. after each coat, run a thin razor, down the tape line/paint,
that will keep the line nice & crisp & wont peel the paint of when you remove the tape..... use painters tape (blue stuff) also after your done, you will have a lapping/diffrence in paint height between the black & red.....your last step would be to give it a light wet sand with some 1000 on the line, then hit it with a bunch of clear,....the clear will act as a leveling agent & make the transitoipn from black to red nice & smooth |
