Im actually doubting how real it is, how can 3.50 have 30GB Free and 3.41 have 97GB Free.

How about making a post that contributes to the topic and site instead of crying like a baby and yelling fire when there isn't? If you know it all oh so well go make a site your self. News = News, fake or real isn't the question. Thats the outcome.

When a Downgrade is being performed an older firmware is being restored to the system, thus removing all new calls that have been added/removed. So downgrading will bring Linux back because you're on an older FW that still supports it.

I think its doubtful, there are a couple of things that don't seem to be right. First of the HDD space the most notable one. As for the quality of the video, all the PSJB vids where of higher quality than this. This could easily be a VSH edit. Further you only see the TV and PS3 separately and there is no footage of the actually downgrading process.

So I'm pretty skeptical about this.

Ok its a scam, so is PS Jailbreak, no one is playing back ups, or homebrew on their PS3's, its all a hoax, its all fake, the PS3 was never hacked and all the posts about PS Jailbreak are false.............

Ok guys just got to ask if the downgrade can be made from 3.50 to 3.41 why would you... logically 3.50 has better features eg. PSN access... oh wait that is the best feature. The quote is 'completely undetectable'. If the jailbreak can be made then you would stick with the FW that is still compatible.

I wont say it is a fake but I think this little factor may sway a few more people.

Yes it would appear that a 'clean' 120gb ps3 has indeed got 97gb of free space once formatted so maybe this is real after all...
