Xoeo's Custom PL3 Payload For 3.15
Xoeo, responsible for releasing the PSN payload for jail broken devices, has released his own persobal payload, here is what it does:
* Based on the PL3 code structure, but contains implementation of Hermes for increased stability. * Allows playing of PS1/PS2 games in JB mode * Enables Life with Playstation in JB Mode * PSN Access (Different implementation from what's out there right now) * 3.50 Spoof * Fixed the bug of Linux menu disappearing under XMB SOURCE DOWNLOAD NOTE This will not enable non BC consoles to play PS2 games. Ps1 and Ps2 support is not for backups, its only for originals.

Personally I prefer Hermes 4b but maybe this is the best of both worlds. And hopefully in the future I could backup all my classic psx games. |

Ok now I'm confused if it doesn't allow non BC consoles to play ps2 games then what is new with this feature? I have a 60 gb model so it doesn't bother me but I just don't really understand what they mean by playing ps1 and ps2 games in JB mode (since you can already do that in normal mode) unless they mean it has backups support. |

Well it means that you don't have to "un jailbreak" just to play PS2 games. |
