Yeah - and i got a PS3YES! and a Teensy as well and the PS3YES guys were the first who released the downgrade for free. In the meantime i sold that stinky PS3Break 1.0 because they maker promised day by day to relase a flash tool - but that never happened and i hate them for that! :aetsch:

I have a clone of ps3break called usbbreak the downgrade worked perfectly on my sons fat 40gb no bluray issues just followed the guide all went great

CHANGE THAT MY SON IS NOW TELLING ME THAT HE CANT WATCH ANY MOVIES DAMN IT TO HELL THOUGHT IT WENT TO WELL LOL

Ahh yes this NAND you talk about must be my issue, my ps3 is FAT however it is one of the newer ones without ps2 support ! Shame about loosing data but thankyou for telling me before I tried again

amazing!!works like a gem!even didnt had any problem with the bluray movie disc...finally brought life to my ps3..thanks buddies.used ps3break dongle v1.2.(original with truth enquiry)

I can confirm that my PAL PS3 Slim with Gran Turismo 5 package downgrading worked. (Slim was delivered with fw3.50) So downgrading worked and no problems with blue ray.
PS3 fat had to recover de flash dev 2 and 3 from backup

yo wat you need to do is
first download the ps3breakloader v1.1 exe( it you got the 1.1 or 1.2) otherwise download the latest ps3breakloader program available to you for your right version from this site http://www.gogsoftware.com/download/
then download the right psgrade i.e if you got the v1.1 download that one and on the ps3breakloader select v1.1( instructions on how to do so is also availabe as pdf on the site)

finally once you got all those right then unplug ur ps3break dongle, now make sure you insert the usbbreak or ps3break dongle in the second port thats the one furthest from the edge and if you got four ports thats the fourth port furthest from the edge. follow same method switch on from back,power eject. once ps3 is powerd off automatically. you then need to pull of the dongle and swtich on the ps3 and you should be by now on factory service mode.

thats just to get you started as ppl are confused and wondering working or not.

This is WRONG. I own a older version of Ps3break and it is NOT upgradable...So how can I possibly use it to downgrade? The only thing my Ps3break is good for is jailbreaking my system. I HIGHLY doubt this would work for me. That's way too good to be true. And I thought downgrading makes the blueray drive not work???...The blueray playback stopped working I thought for people that downgraded?? And THIS is saying it works for "all" Ps3break versions. Meaning it would work for 1.0? Because thats the one I got.
