Well, at least for a cloner, they're willing to take on the issue and try to provide a solution. So, +1 for them.
Just found the Lightake dropped the price for E3 Card Reader again , $12.99 now. |

This method did not work for me, but I did get it to work after replacing the files in the flash and HDD with the files I backed up before doing the downgrade a few days ago. It may not have worked because I had originally jailbroken my ps3 before this came out and it was too late for me using this method, not really sure. I'm just glad that I made the backup

If this method can keep the blu ray playback on the smaller NAND can it also keep data on these newer consoles. Loosing all backed up games and having to copy them all back again after is abit of a ball ache haha

im using a CECHG01 and im im afraid of downgrading will backingup the ps3 and then downgrading and it and then restoring it via back up fix the problem ????!???!????!?!?!!?!?!?!??!

Yep ive heard people say this can fix the problem but you also need to backup dev flash folders not overly sure about these but just copy then to a USB drive with multiman and you'll be sorted. Just copy them back when your done if you find you can't play blu ray
