Re: Upgrading my Server Laptop
Ergo Proxy- no probs - I also learn things each day, and when I made original post I was talking about USB thinking of USB1 I guess as I just remember it being faster.
But in this case I guess we were both right ;D Back on subject I would just suggest for DPicket to get the cheapest 500gig external USB drive - It will come with enclosure included and you can pick then up for less than £50.00.

Re: Upgrading my Server Laptop
Yeah, USB 2.0 tops out at 480 MBPS, but you'll never actually achieve those speeds, the numbers are theoretical.[br]Posted on: October 25, 2007, 09:26:48 PM_________________________________________________Don't forget, my man Dave lives in the US... I recommend going to newegg.com, http://www.newegg.com/Store/SubCateg...al-Hard-Drives
--------------------- Or, you could buy one of these... http://www.ctistore.com/product/2/ap...MA209LL/A.html It's a raid array, 14 x 500 GB = 7 TB's! For only $11,560.00 |

I really really really hope you were just kidding about that $11,000 thing.
