I've recently set up a TVersity media server that streams both pictures and music perfect wirelessly. (Thanks for that guide btw )
My question now is if it's possible to e.g. have streamed music in the bakground for a slideshow of photos?

I also have issues regarding divX and Xvid files on my ps3 that's streamed via TVersiity. They won't work at all. When i try to play them I get a msg saying the files are corrupted or damaged. I have installed latest version of TVersity and most up to date FFshow without any luck.
I've seen a few topics regarding this and I'll have a look again just to make sure I haven't missed anything.
As a sidenote to this; I recently read that divX will be integrated in PS3 during, hopefully, the end of 2007. Will this solve this streaming issue I have or is it mere for divX dvds, SD/CF cards etc?

Same problems here, with an EU PS3 60Gb model and an MSi RG60SE wireless router even at 100% signal strength !!!
I think the PS3 build in wi-fi card is causing this because it couldn't handle the required/specified throughput, being made in China to cut down the production costs.
