I dont give a crap what other people say.
Waninkoko didnt make any bricks, people who took the risk did the bricks. I cant wait for this CFW, i think its gonna be the best around. I tested al CFW at this point, and i must say, Waninkoko is the most stable. Just make sure your PS3 is compatible, and there will be no trouble. "Dont go put CFW on your PS3, when you dont even know how to put a game on a USB Drive"" |

I don't mess with my firmware until there are pages of it confirmed working. When I saw that there were 50+ pages of people bricking, I couldn't believe that people were still trying it. It is their own fault.

Of course in the end, its the user's fault for installing CFW on their system and it resulting in a brick. But you cant really blame us for being cutting edge and on top of the ps3 hax scene.. Especially since a lot of us has been loyal to this reputable site..
Waninkoko should have tested this thoroughly before sending it to the masses tho.. it was like the dude was trying to get respect for being the first CFW that enabled more options and it backfired.. so yea we became the guinea pigs and a lot of soldiers were lost in the process, me included ![]() no offense to the guy, but now when i see that name.. i stay the hell away lol |

There was chatter back and forth chatter on twitter between math and wan about the firmware. The idea of a dynamic patcher was mentioned, hopefully thats what this payload could be.

In the beguining things go wrong...that just the way it is... And he dont have the obligation to do anything...you got hes CFW for free. When you hack things...sometimes go bad...its simple as that and normal to happen. |

That's true, but those dev's usually thoroughly test their methods, to ensure nothing bad happens.
GeoHots and Wutangrza's were flawless, i haven't heard of any bricks that i can remember No you are totally wrong, you couldn't be any more wrong, as a stated before GeoHots and Wutangrza's were flawless, why ?, because they tested their stuff and they didn't mess with stuff they shouldn't have. It is true bricks do happen, but they should never have happened in the scale that Waninkoko's CFW caused. |
