[NEW TUTORIAL for newbies] Drizzt DNS F#ckPSN bypass update 3.60 (go online on 3.55)
Of all the things that I tried, the simplest was "F#ckPSN" by "Drizzt".
But for some people, the "simple", is never simple enough. And is for these for these people that I do these tutorials. So for all the "newbies", here goes: Warnings: Before we begin, close all the download applications (torrents, p2p, etc.). They can cause connection problems in the ports. Hardware Required: - Playstation 3 (with a CFM (i personally use kmeaw)) + controller. - Computer operating system Windows XP, Vista or 7. - Flash drive with at least 512mgs and formatted in "FAT 32". Instructions for formatting a flash drive in "FAT 32": 1 - Insert the flash drive into a USB port on your PC. 2 - Now open "My Computer". Locate the flash drive, press the right button of your mouse and select "Format ..." (a window will appear). 3 - Click on "File System" and select "FAT32". 4 - Make sure that the "Quick Format" is active. And click "Start". Then just wait for it to format (it is possible to give an error but ignore it if present). 5 - Let's create two folders on the root of the flash drive, one named "GAMES" and another named "PS3", inside the folder "PS3" create another folder named "UPDATE" (it is important that the names are in Caps Lock). Software needed: - Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (intalled in your PC) (download here - "http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyId=333325fd-ae52-4e35-b531-508d977d32a6&displaylang=en") - FileZilla (intalled in your PC) (download here - "http://filezilla-project.org/download.php") (download all the files bellow here - "http://www.megaupload.com/?d=BMM99MQM") - f#ckPsn.exe - dev_blind.pkg - openps3ftp.pkg - CA24.cer ==========Instructions to block $ony's queries for your console info: When we turn on our consoles (and its only connected to the Internet without being connected to PSN) we received a request for information from $ony servers (specifically for our FM + Console ID + Login ID + Password). And when we connect to PSN ... basically the servers have access to all information on our console... So to block queries from $ony servers, I made another "tutorial for newbies" :1 - Start the "CMD" and type "ipconfig / all". Press "Enter". 2 - Look for "Default Gateway" or "DHCP Server" and you will find some numbers in front (something like "192.168.1.254"). This number is the address of your router, copy that number to the notepad or something. 3 - Now open your browser and type in the address box the number of your router (it will open the Settings page of your router). 4 - Usually asks for a "username" and "password". If no one has altered the data, just search the model of your router and you will find the standard "username" and "password". 5 - Now go to the section of the firewall (depending on the router, the location may vary... it can be in the parental control, on the filter, etc.. Read your router's manual to know the exact location) and add the following addresses to be blocked: - "auth.np.ac.playstation.net " - "ena.net.playstation.net" - "mercury.dl.playstation.net" - "nsx.np.dl.playstation.net" - "tmdb.np.dl.playstation.net" - "us.np.stun.playstation.net" - "xmb.dl.playstation.net" (your router now will block queries coming from these addresses) ====================== Instructions to go online on 3.55: 1 - (after downloading all the necessary files) (on your PC) copy the files "dev_blind.pkg" and "openps3ftp.pkg" (they are in the forder "forPS3") into the root of your flash drive. 2 - Now remove your flash drive from your PC and insert it in your PS3. 3 - Go to "*Install Packages Files" and press "X". Go to "dev_blind.pkg" and press "X". After the installation press "O". 4 - Go to "*Install Packages Files" and press "X". Go to "openps3ftp.pkg" and press "X". After the installation press "O". 5 - Now go to "dev_blind" and press "X". Press "O" and it will ask "Mount writable dev_flash to /dev_blind" (select "Yes"). After mounted it should say "Successfully mounted writable dev_flash to /dev_blind. Be careful out there!", press "O". 6 - Go to "OpenPS3FTP" and press "X" (a black screen with some text). 7 - Now (on your PC) run FileZilla. Go to "File" and select "Site Manager". 8 - On "Username" type "root" and "Password" type "openbox". Press "Connect" (it will connect you to the flash mounted). 9 - Now on your bottom right you will see several folders. Go to "/dev_blind/data/cert" (you will see in that folder several "cer" files) and rename the file "CA24.cer" as "CA24.cer.bak" (it will ask you to replace, say "ok"). 10 - (on the folder "forPC" that you downloaded earlier) drag&drop "CA24.cer" into "/dev_blind/data/cert". 11 - (on your PS3) Press "X" to exit "OpenPS3FTP". 12 - Go to the section "Settings". 13 - Keep going down until you find "Network Settings" and press "X". 14 - Search for "Internet connection settings" and enter. 15 - Will appear "Easy" or "Custom" (select “Custom”). 16 – Now you will choose the type connection. If it's "Wired Connection" or "Wireless" (choose according to your situation). 17 - (mine is Wireless so i will show you how to do it in wireless (but the "Wired Connection" isn't very diferent)) "Scan", "Enter Manually" or "Automatic" (select "Enter Manually"). 18 - "SSID" or "your WiFi" (select "your WiFi"). 19 - "WEP" or "WPA Key" (select according to your password). 20 - Enter the password of your Wireless. 21 - "Automatic" or "Manual" or "PPPoE" (select "Automatic"). 22 - "Do Not Use" or "Set" (select "Do Not Use"). 23 - "Automatic" or "Manual" (select "Manual"). 24 - (back to your PC) now we need to see our IP. 25 - Run the "CMD" and type "ipconfig /all". 26 - Search for "IPv4 Address" (thats your IP) (write it down on the notepad or something like that). 27 - (back to your PS3) press "X" and with the arrows (up&down) change the "Primary DNS" and the "Secondary DNS" to your PC's IP (after your done, press "X" to unselect them and go to the right). 28 - "Automatic" or "Manual" (go to the right). 29 - It will ask whether to use a proxy (select "Don’t use"). 30 - "UPnP"? (go to the right) (some routers need to connect). 31 - Be sure to make the right choices and press 'X'. 32 - "Test Connection" (press "O" to cancel). 33 - Reboot your PS3. 34 - (on your PC) close "FileZilla". 35 - (on the folder "forPC" that you downloaded earlier) run "f#ckPsn.exe" (as a administrator if you are using "Vista" or "7") (your firewall may ask you to allow this...so just allow it lol). You can now log in "Playstation ® Network" ![]() Notes: - If you use certificate 27 or other version of F#ckPSN, the tutorial stays the same. Just replace it with the files that you want. - You have to use "F#ckPSN" every time you start your PS3. - Make sure that your firewall isn't blocking the "F#ckPSN". - Make sure that ports 80 and 443 aren't beeing use by other programs. - If your “****PSN” crashes just do this little tutorial: 1 - (on your Windows) Go to "Start". And on the "search box", type "services". "Click" the "Services" with the little wheels icon (the window services will open). 2 - Now it will appear several services, if they are not by alphabetically ordem, just "click" the "Name" tab. Search the service "World Wide Web Publishing Service". 3 - "Right click" and select "Properties" (the properties window will open). 4 - Now, on the "Startup type" change "Automatic" to "Manual". "Click" "Apply" and then "Ok". 5 - "Click" on the ""Stop" the service" and reboot your PC. 6 - Run "****PSN" ![]() (to see the full tutorial on CFM + backups http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=18606) Last edited by mikhael; 03-10-2011 at 02:33 PM. |
