How to install themes onto PS3:

Plug a USB flash drive into your PC
On the USB device, create a folder called PS3
Inside that PS3 folder create a new folder called THEME
Find a theme you want to download (Theme.p3t)
Save the theme into the THEME folder on your USB device
Then go to theme options in XMB settings. And press install theme

For themes with .RAP files use React

not all dynamic themes are working. but soon as someone has found a way to reactivate them (or however it could be done)

then ile gladly upload them all

I keep getting an error during installation, am I doing something wrong ? I am trying to install the Motorstorm package via usb.

how are you installing it?

if its a .pkg file then it needs to be copied to the root of a usb and installed by the install packages on the XMB game menu.

also if its .pkg it can only be installed on jailbroken or Custom firmware

I am installing the package files through the usb and 'install packages', it seems like I am getting an error trying to install any package file. I have tried installing the theme, a game update and the permissions fix package and they all get the same error.

And I am on CFM 3.55 kmeau

OK I tried again and everything seems to work now. Not sure why they didnt before. Only thing I can think of is that I had a whole bunch of NES/SNES roms on the usb drive along with a few themes the first time I tried. This time I only put one theme on at a time and they worked.

not all dynamic themes work

just give it time ime sure there will be a work around
