Sony are trying to be above the law in the other major case (geohot vs sony) thats being reported across the world, I just hope this news/ban gives them the reality check the so obviously need.

Good on LG, now if we all filed suit and took them to court over the gross misconduct sony have shown with our information being transmitted to and from the ps3 in an unsecured way, the software/hardware giant, would soon become an ant.

and you wondered why Sony is trying to sue graf for 1 million dollars? here's our answer. So now the question becomes, are we actually playing on a pirated system and the scene being blamed? Seems to me that the ps3 is illegal in the first place and we are playing on stolen material. excuse me if i am wrong but is that not pirating?

In reply to first post, do sony deserve this? Yes, it will be hard to find anyone who has read up what has been going on with this ps3 case properly and knows what is going on, to think otherwise. We are all laughing our heads off.
Though this may give a reason as to why sony want to sue everyone, they need money to pay off LG :D

oo and about that 1 procent of the community that is playing pirate games...this is true but this is only the begining..soon more people will join the ''pirate tribe'' wich will lead to what i said before.... we have to keep a balance...it's k to play a downloaded game as long u didn't liked that much so that u would buy it if there whasn't an alternative(jailbreak)....but if u do like it that much...i would buy it...cuz a game or more in a year are not that expensive...
