Downgrade help w/ dongle - PS3Hax Network

I have a ps3 with a broken blu ray that got stuck in the update loop. I then formatted the HDD and put it back in.
Then i followed this guide

With a Minimum v1 . The PS3 just turns on for about 30 seconds then turns off. It will not even go recovery anymore. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do please?
