you need 1.1 if you want to use OBM 1.13 patched mode to play games that would normally not have any controller function, like ssf and f1

i have a problem as well, my blackcat usb device isnt an AT90USB162 it reads as "AT32UC3A" and that device is not in the list of devices on FLIP
