A little late cause most have probably accepted it but...

All you have to do is add to the rewrite in charles.

Here is how:

Go to tools and edit the rewrite rule you have now for your ps3 version.

At the bottom on Rules click add

Type: Body

Match Name: first
Value: true

Replace Name: first
Value: false

Now you wont see the new tos anymore and you didnt accept it.

Hope this helps the ones that havent accepted it yet my theory is if you don't accept they cant bind you to it, although i could be wrong.

Don't flame if it's not useful to you like i said it may help a few. I am using this just in case.

i was on psn euro because didnt need to acept this tos, now with this i was able to return to psn usa.

Why would it matter if you accepted them or not? Just accept them...you're going to be doing the exact same thing anyways: breaking their rules.

I am no lawyer, but by changing the settings of Charles you let Charles confirm (Value: true) the ToS? And that way you have accepted it also. Even if you buy a second hand PS3 you agree the former owner agreed to it in your name.

I'm only banned for seven days. I already talked to a Moderator about it. It's all cleared up..
