I've tried 1080p and 720p mvk's and none of them play correctly from external or internal drives, but at least they are playing. Hopefully this will get improved and I will have my mvk's playing on my ps3 without streaming or converting.

[you'll need a keyboard for this]
1. Plug in your Eternal Drive 2. Go to the icon with a cog on it. Scroll down to bookmarks 3. Add the name of your External HDD 4. Type in the location of your External Drive in the URL bar EG: /dev_hdd0/usb_000/ Now you should have a bookmark that shows up when you boot up Showtime Thanks goes to Me and my massive brain. AKA Gregory Rasputin's small weiner. XD

External drive works fine, you select the HDD and from the list select usb (i've only tried a fat32 drive)
Edited last post too as the MKV I was trying was not a true 720p file. Tested a 1080p and 720p mvk's and they are playing incorrectly. |

Tried from internal still get lag. Are you sure your files are true 720p HD files. I can get some MVK's to work fine but they are not true 720p MKV HD files. If you press L3 you will get more info on your files and any of mine that are Matroska 720p lag but the MKV's that show up as MPEG-4 which actually are not 720p work fine.
