Hi, is there any way to play games with files over 4GB? I have like 5 games but every single one contains files larger than 4GB.
And other q...how to revert back to ofw?Just flash the 3.55 ofw or is it more complicated?

The only way to play games with files bigger than 4GB, is to copy them to the internal hdd of the PS3.

Yes. Go to the recovery mode and do the update with the original PUP.
But if you are gonna install the original FM...its probably a good idea to clean your hdd first.

use ps3 splitter or something like that.

thank you for the tutorial. i had issues with updating firmware but it turned out that my usb jump drive wasnt good. i tried a different usb flash drive and all is well.

depends on what CFW you are using. Also having a disc in increases the amount of games that work as back-ups, there a several that need a disc in to work
