That's the best part! You can use this with 3.61+ since your PS3 thinks it's the normal controller that's already synced to it.. I'm trying to find a USB 360 controller cable to use with this, to save me building that PS360 controller I was planning.

Also, for anyone who's new to Linux, check out Wubi, it's so easy to set up and you can dualboot your PC easily then, deciding between booting Linux or Windows. I'm using that right now, works perfect with this Sixemu!

*Goes back to playing Saboteur with mouse and keyboard*

But a actual program that can select and show each game's controlls and be able to switch them all around.
using a mouse/keyboard harder as using a pad? right.. I can't play 1st person shooters for **** with a pad, that's the biggest problem I have with playing on consoles, that's why I was very interested in the move, which if implemented correctly, let's me aim correctly (I have a 2.5m wide screen so shooting at the screen is actually awesome, especially if you can turn off the weapon).. I even bought myself a FragFXv2 (which isn't the best, but get's me actually shoot better).

uhmm.. you do know that if someone puts it on a blog or anywhereelse on the internet is actually immediatly copyrighted to them unless stated otherwise.. Normally people don't care if they are quoted, but if you do copy/paste it, you should always ask for permission..

I've been playing with sixemu since january, it's updated frequently and was the reason why I didn't buy a xcm to use my keyboard and mouse, Matlo is a great coder and deserves a lot of appreciation for this.

It's a nice piece of software and is always being improved.

1.) An article isn't copyrighted if it doesn't have a copy right.
2.) I never posted the article.
3.) Never had this situation before, normally people are happy and great full that we decided to post about them.

Splitting hairs Greg but he *does* have copyright and doesn't need to do anything to gain it. We all do automatically when we write something - unless the work was done while employed to write it by someone else....now 'fair use' will allow you to cut and paste/photocopy up to 10% without permission...beyond that you technically need permission.... Course if something is specifically released as 'public domain' or under a GNU license etc it is totally different....

That said it is splitting hairs and someone would have to be pretty unreasonable to take action against a site like this which has so many users and will drive traffic to their site.

:-D

The thing is, i could steal anyone's work, from any blog and i wouldn't get in trouble for it, unless it was legally copyrighted

That's what annoyed me, the link to the site was in the original post, regardless of whether the tutorial was there are not, the site was still sourced and linked accordingly, as i said in the post before yours, we have never had this problem before, no one in the history of this forum has ever requested us to remove a tutorial.

Please note that I never talked about copyright infringement.

Again, I'm more concerned with efficiency: copied stuff becomes outdated quickly. This generally makes both users and developpers waste some time.

Duplicated things may also harm the pagerank of my blog.
