Add the fact that they have given people one month to clam their "compensation", I can see people complaining that they did not have access during the time given but still want compensation. Sony will still claim it was a 1 month offer, but then how will they claim it being compensation.

You have upto the end of August to claim the welcome back package. It's PSN + which is only for a month and anything you get while you have psn + will be disabled unless you buy psn +.

Don't think themes and avatars are disabled thou...
