How to deactivate ALL PS3 systems associated with your account
I've seen a thread with a help request on how to deactivate PS3 accounts to save gamesharing slots for future use. I've asked a couple of friends, and one replied "I know exactly how to do that. I even made a thread at NGU a while ago explainin how to do" I myself tried this, and it worked.
He then proceeded to send me the email and everything. He is a member at NGU. If you have any questions, post them below and I will ask him. Quoting him:

Cheers mate, I don't know who, but at least one of my shares passed on my info and used all my slots. Not interested in PSN anymore but who knows, I might go back on one day.

So, if Sony were to deactivate all PS3s tied to an account, and some of those PS3's never touched PSN again, they would still be activated, and you'd still have all 5 slots?

I tried this before via email and phone and got denied and threatened with a ban.
I may try again and seeing as I don't own nor intend to get another I will give out my details if successful so others can make use of the content I purchased
