I did this so all the current and future mods/dlc's will be posted all in 1 place, to keep the forum clean and newbie friendly
And i keep updating if something new comes out

First i wil explain in witch order you must install it

First delete game data if you allready installed it, NOT save data, And if you allready installed one of these mods like the classic mod before, then you must delete the game from hdd as well, so you start fresh

Do this is if you are running CFW 3.55:
-Install all patches in order 1.01,10.2, and scorpion 1.03
-Install Fix Boss*
-Install Unlock
-Install Unlock 2
-Install Unlock 3
-Install Unlock 4
Done

And for 3.41:
-Install Fix Boss*
-Install Unlock
-Install Unlock 2
-Install Unlock 3
-Install Unlock 4
Done

*To complete the installation you must replace these files using ftp program like filezilla or multiman filemanager

NOW these Characters are for experimental use or buggy or not perfected so don't complain if it didn't worked, But you can always deleted game data and try again

-Copy the folders in DLC directory called "NPC_CHARS" and "NPC_CLASSICS"
-Paste them both into "dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30522/USRDIR/DLC/"

To view bios of Skarlet, Kenshi, Rain, Bosses and Classic costumes in the Nekropolis:
Pick any character in the Nekropolis.
Choose "View Character Bio"
Now hit Start and hit "Player Select"
Choose your DLC character/costumes.

heres skarlet with grey,blond,black,white with black stripes hair,and a lingery set, these will work with all mods hence you installed the skarlet dlc pkg

these texture swap mods will only work if you have the skarlet dlc pkg installed!!!

rename the CHAR_SKARLET.XXX .... hair/lingery file to CHAR_SKARLET.XXX
go to dev_hdd0/game/BLES01132/USRDIR/DLC/SKARLET or dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30522/USRDIR/DLC/SKARLET
copy CHAR_SKARLET.XXX from HDD/USB/FTP into the folder (it will overwrite the current one)
note:CHAR_SKARLET.XXX with lingery has some graphical glitches e.g boots and more (looks best when playing normal,if camera zooms in it will get weird looking)
orginal CHAR_SKARLET.XXX is included in the package: CHAR_SKARLET.XXX orginal decompressed
rename the CHAR_SKARLET.XXX orginal decompressed to CHAR_SKARLET.XXX if you want her red hair back.
This Replaces the Original Costume, that's why dgitaloverdose is trying to create a alternative costume for skarlet ,
