In xp it's named "Network connections" when we both mean the same (i think that you are searching the place where your connections are to change your IP adress), it's the third from down ... Hope that helps you

Unless your ps3 is stock 3.55 and no higher you can. You can put blackbox on a stock ps3 and it will run.

You will need another PS3's tho, with cfw installed and blackbox installed. But you can run blackbox FTP on a stock ps3.

The way I send large files over to my ps3 is with a crossover cable, ps3ftp and filezilla. If you don't have a cross over cable you can google a DIY crossover cable and make one.

My method is direct from PC to PS3 and as far as I know the PS3 doesn't have any form of auto mdix like on Cisco routers so its required, unless your NIC in your computer has it. This method is the fastest way I have come up with.

Hmm so the ps3 does have a auto mdix like feature? didn't know, when I initially setup the link I was using what I know from networking classes. And just connected them the way that made most sense and the way I know would work, like I said I didn't know the ps3 had auto mdix like feature so yeah... I will configure it with a straight through later to see if it will work, as I only have one cross over and would like to use it for other projects.
