This is very cool! going to have to get a progskeet soon... but being it is only for slims. Does this include my NOR Fat ps3? i think it does but just want to make sure first..

I missed PHATS being a part of the fun. I may order a Progskeet over buying another PS3.

pampos and proskopos are most likely the same person, and obviously both of their opinions should be ignored. This is a solid product, and the progskeet is the first step in the line for people looking to remedy the lack of downgradability on their consoles. And BTW, the Xbox scene is nowhere near better than the PS3 scene. The devs are a bit more cohesive, I'll give them that, but there's not a lot of room left for development for newer consoles, the only ones that are really worth developing for (in my opinion) are JTAG consoles.

Thanks Pirate! but i am on 3.55 CFW atm just wondering if this swap method would work cuz i want to pick up a few dlc for cod.. to me seems like it should it is just like a slim mostly with the NOR and all

I really need to order more wire...I started soldering in wires to hook up my Teensy 2.0++, and I ran out of the super-thin stuff half way through. Radio Shack doesn't have anything to help...hardly a surprise, but I figured I would at least give them a chance. At least I know where to go if I want an overpriced cell phone or some low quality batteries.

Hopefully by the time I get the spool of wire, someone will have made hex files for fast-swapping using a Teensy2.0++; I can't bring myself to buy a ProgSkeet, not when I already have multiple Teensy boards. Anyway...I have a certain fondness of the concept of using a JB device to do NOR flashing.

look i said that is my opinion i dont even know if proskopos is girl or boy or where are he/her. the only think that i said when i see his/her reply is that i agree (so months from a new cfw that will solve a lot of problem to most people that stuck on 3.56+ and what?NOTHING only a downgrade hope with all that risks and spent of money that i said before just think about it!!! i dont blame anybody i like that people and the team that makes downgrade possible but ill wait for something solderless THATS ALL!!! ;p
