If osx can run on thousand different /amd/arm/intel platforms with different motherboards/gpu/cpu/soundcards that it was never meant to run on i think that porting it to ps3's ppc hardware would be relatively easy task.

I just think that nobody got busy with it yet.Im sure if you put one or two teams that release hackintosh osx on monthly bases together that they can cook something up in 2-3 months.Of Course i maybe wrong.

I tell you this much,i will personally donate $200 to anyone that can do it.If 100 more people do same thing(Im sure they would) then some smart dev can get it done.
In Russia/India/China $10,000 is good money and they have some good devs that dont get paid much like Kmeaw,im sure they can do it,even in US $10,000 is not bad.

I have the same problem too. I tried reinstalling but no luck. Another issue I have is that when I try to add my custom menu backround theme it don't show up. My border works but not the for the menu. Its png maybe have to change to jpg? I had it working before on snes9x. Dont have any of these probs with the other emulators just snesnext.

Well with quite a lot of people wanting OSX on the PS3, why hasn't it been done, i have no doubt that it is possible, but i am sure that it isn't easy.

Actually Windows XP can run with 128MB ram and even play SD videos

The PS3 also has "virtual memory" available in 64MB chunks which if used properly can lift some of the limitations.
