For those of thou with likewise retarded thinking, there are those of us, whom are of a maturer age, we can afford to buy new consoles and buy our own games.

Now for the ones that even are more retarded than lightyear, here is how it works.

1.) We Have a console for homebrew.
2.) We have a console for PSN.
3.) Said consoles for PSN can connect to PSN, thus enabling online play.
4.) Many of us have xbox 360's.
5.) Those Xbox 360's can connect to Xbox Live.
6.) A 360 connected to Xbox Live thus enabling online play.

but as you say to go online we need a console to play online, put the prestige hack clearly says that we have to actually put the files in a folder. am i missing sumthing here?? cuz i thot u need a cfw ps3 for dat

People put files on their CFW machine and then update to OFW. There are also other methods of execution but that is what CODHax is for. Later down the line you will find tutorials for things like that..
