I think we can lose any other symbol and Just have the swastika for Sony now. That is such a twisting of consumer rights (although I have No doubt their legal team has fine tooth combed it to make sure it is water tight)

Ok i all this time i thought that i knew and understood English at a very decent level, but I didn't understand sh*t of this SH*T TOS. However, i understood that i'll never buy anything from sony ever again (something that i knew since the day they went into Graf Chokolo's house). The sad thing is that most people don't care about TOS (i didn't either) and they will never read this article here. Hopefully i did.
P.S.: I did understand the TOS, just with some difficulty XD |

This is kinda the last straw for me.
If by any chance a 3.60+ cfw becomes available, i am done legally supporting this, well, might as well call it as it is, digital terorrism. And i most certainly will not accept any such agreement. I've been stupid and actually wanted to buy legit games, online and retail, and this is what i get in return; instead of support and gratitude, i get restrictions, fines and constraints. I guess it's true of any DRM method. In the end, it only harms the paying customer, not the person who obtains the content otherwise. In that regard, i wanna give my props to "The Witcher 2" devs, who in fact removed all DRM from the game with a patch, which convinced me to buy it. |

Well its official my PS3 stays off until I can downgrade the firmware and re-install the damn CFW I put on in the first place. I curse my friends for convincing me to remove my CFW all in the name of playing borderlands...
