Could have seen this coming. I will no longer be buying Sony products if I have other options. I am also going to be buying an x-box, and will gladly pay for online access. F Sony!

Here's my take on the situation, feel free to argue the point.
They offer a mail-in request out, so if everyone that owns a Playstation 3 voluntarily mails out the opt-out notice that will set the lawyers into a backlog of paperwork for a couple of years, which in turn will allow developers to actually produce some work without legal threats. Doubt that this will actually work, but it will at least send a message and cost the company money in the long haul to process all the paperwork.

It should be legal to sue sony over just having that in a contract in order to use a their service. I for one will never be going back to psn nor will I be investing in any future sony products. Boycott.

Sometime in January when I first saw the Swastika being used in our news articles, I was originally against the idea but since then have learned to accept it. well, no more cyber-shots, no more ps3 games, no nothing sony...not from this former loyal consumer,thanks to the one that posted about $ony sponsorship...didnt even occur to me..i DO NOT watch over paid "athletes", i also DO NOT watch over paid "actors". honestly i make every attempt to refrain from contributing to "media" ruining our society. this is groutesque, i pay out the tail to own and proudly display sony products just to be told that....i'm renting this p.o.s...all for the low low price of ( at time of purchase ) 350 us dollars..350 divided by 14 = how many hours of MY LABOR to rent a gaming console, i got my netflix on my zotac, and a wii, FU.K SONY
