We should file a class action lawsuit against them again like we did with the Other OS. I never even got an update with that case. Sony doesnt like to be sued but they have no problem suing us. First it was Geo now its graf chokolo. F Sony! I have never had so much hatred for any one company as I do for Sony. I am mailing my letter tommorow with a ps to their lawyers to kiss my *ss

I don't think I will be giving people crap for PS3 piracy anymore...after all, if the developers are going along with this, then they can't complain about lost sales since they won't be selling anything.

I know some people might say, "They wouldn't really stop you from accessing and using the games that you bought, even if it is technically a rental"...but I really think they will cut off access. I am guessing they will either say that old purchases are a security issue (like they did with OtherOS)...or they will just cut off access and give the finger to all their loyal customers as soon as the PS4 comes out in order to drive sales of new software.

This really sucks...I want to play the fallout NV DLCs bad, and even if I was willing to rent them with the new rules, I would have to waive all rights to sue sony for anything ever...and I am not about to drop the class action suit for OtherOS.

I wonder how much I could get for my modded PS3...maybe enough to get a decent PC mainboard and processor so I can actually buy the DLCs for fallout nv...

Yes, I have read the comments and yes, I understand that the Symbol has been used for thousands of years and dates back to early Indian Civilization. This particular use is clearly in representation of the Swastika used by the Nazi Germany party, I don't think I need to explain why I have an issue with that.

It is irresponsible and unfair those that suffered, and continue to suffer to compare a Company who attempt to override your rights as a consumer to that of an organisation that was responsible for the systematic murder and suffering of nearly twelve million people.

It's not funny, it's not clever, it's childish.

Ther are alot of very childish people on this site. Why all the hate for Sony, yet you use and buy the console. Some can't even give Sony credit where it's due. Sony makes awesome hardware.

Answer this question: if it's not awesome hardware, then why do I continue to use it, steal software to use on it. Why not goto the competition.

Most on here are a bunch of pirates, that only like stealing software.

I for one have two consoles one PS3 Phat 60Gb(upgraded with 750Gb Hdd with CFW3.55 and the other PS3 slim 120Gb(upgraded with 640Gb Hdd with 3.70 official firmware.

The US has always had a dumb mentality of sue for the smalliest of things.

I have no problems with the TOS at all. I understand that If I wish to have/use Sony online services then I must agree to them.
