hello,
I have not downgraded from 3.70, I was on OFW 3.55 and then I installed rebug 3.55.2 so Can i install it directly on rebug 3.55.2 ??
Is there any benefit of changing from rebug to rogero v2 CFW as I have not downgraded ?

So please wait just a little while till I have the time to add some fixes to the manager and release it then you can Update to CFW V2 + Rogero manager 8.5

Cheers[/QUOTE]
INDEED I'll be waiting for this one because in my opinion, you are the best backup manager for me (and others too) since I only use it to back up my games then play them directly from my hdd (ext and int) with no additional steps at all compare with others; but it does not hurt anybody if (yes you can) you can add others cool stuffs on your new one/s . With or without, I use Rogero as my main back up manager to play my back up games. Thank you and good luck.

If you're on Rebug, then I prefer installing the original 3.55 FW then updating with Rogero CFW V2 (because Rebug have many difference then standard CFWs)
And about the benefit of changing from Rebug to Rogero: Rebug have its own features, some people needs them and use them, while Rogero CFW is basically a Stable Kmeaw FW + 3.70 spoof + the ability to be used on both Downgraded and Normal PS3s (because Kmeaw in its original form can't be used for or after downgrading)

Thumbs up Rogero thanks & read plz

@Rogero - Is is to much to ask for a CFW 355 pup without the 370 spoof ? So i can add your CFW to my collection. Many others have provided 2 optional MFWs 355 with spoof & without spoof . I understand since this was a manual packed CFW it may be more work & it is cool if it is to much to ask at the moment. If you decide to leave out 370 spoof next time ? So we who like rebug stand alone spoof can be in control & uninstall old spoof & update to new spoof when needed.

I believe this is much better ,than you having to create another spoofed 370+ CFW.
If a new 371+ firmware was released by sony -> CFW 370 spoof will be out dated.
We all know Sony with these endless firmware updates never stop & they like to kill OFW PS3s with endless firmware flashing ! If you consider -spoof thanks

Also i thank u for the Nice CFW PUP you have contributed to the community & warned those who want to downgrade, about your experience !

hello, you can use a newer rebug spoofer anytime on this CFW, like a 3.72 spoofer by example and it will work without any problem (it's not like the 3.70 version is locked to this CFW, it is installed as the default version but also can be changed by a spoofer normally like any other version )

First of all, thanks you very much for your CFW V2 @Rogero.
Works great.

Is there a possibility to make a version without the spoof to 3.70?

Thank you, Rogero! I'm considering to change Rebug 3.55.2 to this one if this is the only CFW which is going to work with Rogero Manager v8.5 (I'm using v8.4 all the time), but.. is Cinavia disabled in this release?

Hello,
just to clear some confusion about the manager and the CFW compatibility,

- Rogero manager v8.5 will work with any FW/CFW/Rebug old/new no problem, and now it supports future spoof versions too without the need for any updates.
(still trying to fix some screesaver/FTP problems before releasing it)

-Rogero Manager v8.4 or older versions if used with CFW V2 won't be able to load the correct Payload because of the 3.70 spoof files used in CFW V2.

and about the Cinavia protection, No it's not disabled in this CFW V2, because the current way of disabling Cinavia in other firmwares are still not fully working, it will disable the protection on Media files played from HDD only (personally i see useless as is), but the Blu-Ray drive protection is always there, I tried with Dean/Multiman to work on this matter by tracking back the modules responsible of the BD-Rom Cinavia but still not fixed till now.

Cheers
