Yes but, if all people say that, then Sony learns that, because they have power, they can screw anybody circumventing him all of his rights.
Also the attacks didn't happen because people wanted to be mean and they had to put out their negativity to a poor victim organization/company; it was because Sony attended to do some seriously nasty moves against consumers rights, on a so high level that never happened again.
In the end of the day you can't screw with your costumers and think this wont ever have a bad result, it doesnt make you mean to protect your beliefs and your rights.
Nobody gave the right to Sony to make it's costumers to decide between their rights and their joy, THIS IS NUTS!(and illegal by the way)

In a context, nobody is a bad person for being happy when an attack happens on PSN/Sony. It's not mean and ugly at all. It's human.
Sony gave him enough reasons to feel that emotion against them.

I don't think they were. It doesn't sound like a reason why Anon would attack Sony, there wasn't even a mention of the arbitration bull that Sony pulled. I believe this vid to be fake, tho I welcome confirmation either way.

on the subject of TOS's , I have not read it myself, and to be clear I'm not sure I would understand all that it implies if I did.

But lets say you have more than one console and you accept the TOS on one and not the other does it apply to all or just that one console?

It's applied per PSN account not per console. So if you use the same account on multiple PS3s, it applies to all. If you use different accounts, it applies to the accounts you chose to accept.

I find all this rather funny.
When the people with the OS feature got screwed over by Sony, The people on OFW took the piss out of us all, Now the tables have turned and the people on OFW are the ones getting screwed! LMAO

If people stood up for their rights and didnt let Sony walk all over them, Then things wouldnt have got like this, People need to stop sticking up for Sony when Sony is clearly lying to people, And clearly abusing our consumer and human rights.
Its like bullying, The more you take it the longer it will continue.

I will never buy any Sony products ever again, I will never support any company that abuses its customers consumer/human rights.

That's what I would think also , being a rational person and all, but the problem is that $ony is irrational so anything is possible even the contrary to what would seem right.
