It was supposed to come out last spring but was delayed. That is why it is 3.55.
Same thing as with El Shaddai Ascension of The Metatron.

I'm actually pretty sure that they do have indeed something we don't know and not just them. I smell something like a full 3.65/3.66 SDK making the rounds...
Resident Evil Revival Collection has aswell (on the unmodified disc) an EBOOT with keys that haven't leaked that nobody mentioned and I guess this is the reason why it didn;t got posted here...

3.41 eboot works just fine.
Where did DUPLEX claimed to have the 3.60+ keys?

That is very true.
They only claimed to have defeated NPDRM.
Many assumed that this meant having the keys needed to decrypt.
However they don't necessarily need the keys to achieve decryption do they...

This would fly in the face of some extremely long rants regarding the assumption
that they are some of the players holding back in essence the entire scene.

SDK does not sign eboots. Sony does. It says directly in the SDK that all you can do with SDK is create unsigned master disks for debug units, and then you send them to Sony to be finalized (signed)

.....and Duplex made an announcement a few months back about having obtained 3.60 keys....but it was obviously bull****, because we haven't had any 3.60+ decrypted eboots appear.

This is just another eboot to slip through the cracks unsigned

THE DISK'S WHERE PRESSED LAST SPRING. There is no mystery here. The game was delayed and instead of pressing new disk's. They just released the ones they had in stock.

If so why their latest releases such as Driver SF or Deus Ex aren't also patched? If they have defeated NPDRM as they claim howcome these releases were released unplayable in 3.55?
I must agree with these fellows here that claim they have nothing new..

So what makes you so certain the disks were pressed last spring? Do you have some inside information? Maybe you work for the publisher?

It would be difficult to finish the game/qa after the game was pressed unless an update/patch was released, and there is none right now. The link you refer to even states that the game was delayed due to it simply not being finished at the time of the article. Please explain what you mean by your statement.
