Ps3 Merlin waved his magic wand at the ps3 game distribution plant and made this game 3.55

The last Guardian is still being worked on and was to be the big seasonal hit. Not wanting to lose out on the end of year profits they delayed ico and shadow of the colossus to cash in.

So let me get this straight, what you are saying is pure speculation? Because if it is, i will gladly ignore you if you claim something to be in a certain way in the future. Otherwise, you're gonna have to come up with something more substantial than the url you pasted in order to make something an ultimate truth.

Does shadow of colossus work for anyone on 3.55 all i get is a black screen ... its on internal hdd... ICO works fine though...

This is strange that its playable on 3.55 but I'm not complaining too much!
I was able to get them both (ICO & Colossus) working using the external, MM cached split file method with BD Mirror off. oh yeah! For some reason when I only used BD Mirror in MM it did black screen with Shadow of Colossus.

Fix permissions in MultiMan, it works, I got it on internal HDD too.

I just tried SotC and it's actually way nicer than I remember it on PS2 and my old CRT TV. The controls are still a bit messy just like in the original and "tweaking" them a bit would've been nice but I'm not complaining. I also noticed Shadow of the Colossus has it's original name in the file list, I thought it was cute (nico.psarc - "Nico" was later changed to "SotC" as many other things, the first trailers feature several characters with horns just like Ico taking down a colossus instead of Wander, etc etc).

I agree with Warning , mainly because this had a release date for April , ,here in the U.S. I had ico collection and last guardian preordered in gamestop. If you are True fan of these games then you would know , been following this for years. This game was NOT cracked by nobody . It was made for 3.55 originally , nothing changed. So stop getting your hopes up, stop speculating and stop sounding so noobish.

yep if the 3.60+ keys were actually unoffically leaked and in the hands of duplex or any other scene releasers, ALL the previous unplayable 3.60 + games would already be fixed too...
