Which FW PUP are you using btw?
The file name is: CFW355-OTHEROS 355.PUP

Should be a firmware that is using 22 GB for the linux partition

installed rebug firmware with other OS.. same error.

When I wget the create_hdd_region.sh and try to run it (without chmodding) I get:
Code:
/bin/ash: ./create_hdd_region.sh: Permission denied
Then i CHMOD using:
Code:
chmod 755 create_hdd_region.sb
running again using:
Code:
./create_hdd_region.sh
getting the error:
Code:
/bin/ash: ./create_hdd_region.sh: not found
Same error when I try to run ./create_hdd_region.sh auto

Anyone?

Right, I've just checked these now:

MD5:
5c8e202e2a405f3b28a6bf10db4e9c0b CFW355-OTHEROS++.PUP
0aed8e6a77e0a0aed8f41bcc51db3e8c CFW355-OTHEROS++-22GB.PUP
0b9d15c917b494c4335eed7924e0cf46 CFW341-OTHEROS++.PUP

SHA-1:
00c1a88eb87fa5ab6368e6082f0156538d688380 CFW355-OTHEROS++.PUP
3213e670321d8db13cfe8589aeed8752592e44b0 CFW355-OTHEROS++-22GB.PUP
26855bf0e0048decc2f70ba105f429c42095b1a1 CFW341-OTHEROS++.PUP

Try doing the same using Terminal or a Win32 SHA-1 or MD5 generator and see if they match. If you're using Terminal, just type in "md5sum filename.PUP" and/or "sha1sum filename.PUP" and see if they match.

Hmm. for the CFW355-OTHEROS++.PUP I get MD5: fac423010dc8e20030f28145a42627fb

But now I installed rebug 3.55 otherOS from their webpage, so I guess it shouldn't be the problem anymore?

tried to run the script for removing VFLASH 7 (since I tried almost everything).
It's mentioned at the bottom here: http://portal.gitbrew.org/wikibrew/PS3:OtherOS%2B%2B

wget it, chmod 755 it and after that ./restore_vflash.sh and it's running the script:
Code:
unmounting all VFLASH regions ...
removing VFLASH region 7 ...
/dev/ps3stormgr: No such device or address
Couldn't remove VLFASH region 7
************* [ - Post Merged - ] *************
UPDATE:

When I try to run the Script using:
Code:
sh create_hdd_region.sh auto
I get the following errors:
Code:
: not foundregion.sh: line 19:
: not foundregion.sh: line 22:
: not foundregion.sh: line 25:
: not foundregion.sh: line 28:
: not foundregion.sh: line 40:
: not foundregion.sh: line 42:
: not foundregion.sh: line 44: ps3hvc_hvcall
: not foundregion.sh: line 44:
Is that telling you guys anything?
************* [ - Post Merged - ] *************
I've gotten some help from gitbrew's irc..
Think I'm on the right track now

Thanks a lot for your help and time, guys!
