Plus, there is always piracy...a year ago I blasted every pirate I came across...with all the crap that has happened since then, the only thing preventing me from becoming a pirate is the fact that I have a huge pile of games that I never finished, combined with the fact that I am usually too busy to play games. The more these bastards push, the more piracy we will see...and there is a tipping point where excessive piracy stops getting you sales (or leases), and starts eating your bottom line. People are getting fed up...revolution is on the lips of the prols and the pigs can't even be bothered to give them lip service anymore. I hate to get political, but I really think Ron Paul is the last chance to prevent a violent and terrible revolution...and since there is no way he will win with his own party against him, the rulings that say agreements like this are legal will fall with the corrupt government that made them...and then we will have a whole new set of problems with the military dictatorship that replaces the monetary dictatorship we have now. |

I have said it once and I will say it again, people will line up like sheep to do things that are not in their best behalf, I have played (not bought) some EA but not many cause the do mostly sports games and I will not do them "it's last years games with a new move and new player on the cover....50.00 please) ...And I am not worried about the masses buying $ony products I will not. I think the TOS Bull Sh!t is just that Sh!t!

Now thinking about this.. Sony could get in some huge trouble for this..
Example: They are forcing people to give up a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT... ITS in the US CONSTITUTION to have a jury by trial.. they cant force you to give that up, for purchase of the product... I would Love to be in the court room in this one serious... Emailing my State local Attorney General as i speak i suggest all you do the same.. takes 3 minutes..

1 - all they need to do is change a single word in the contract and all any theory you have is gone. 2 - they can make u play the "court" game for years, YEARS, so others consumers cant sue them based on your suposed win, and besides, in the end it can lose all the sense, for instance, lets say you sue them about the Linux feature, if u actualy are able to fight in all grounds, when u finally get your win, Playstation 4 will be out :D 3 - Judges, are usualy, old people, they usualy not only dont play any games, they hate them, they think is bullxit, so what they see is a big companie in one side "suposed trying to protect their rights and products", and a Kid (or big kid, if u'r adult), making he loses his time over things HE DOESNT CARE, LIKE OR UNDERSTAND. 4 - Judges decisions are not only based on law, its more like "he understing about how the law applies on the case", and also, in his decision one strong point he will have to consider is the "common good", this things can easly overtake what the law says. And u guys are lukcy, justice system works better (better doesnt mean good) on your contries, in other places they would not even consider your rights in cases like that. |

1. I disagree.. if you agree to terms and they hold you to them,, They Can change them but you must agree to them again.. also it what is wrong now.. its not a word they can change its about your right plain and simple.. 2. not talking about Linux, Talking about constitutional rights... ps4 doesn't matter at all...Yes they could delay and delay... but i dont need a lawyer.. Im not saying im going to Court im just saying i wouldnt mind being in the position... 3. Its simple Law you don't have to play games... A judge doesnt understand everything in world, They understand law and what law were broken and if any were broken.. They dont have to know to load a GT5 save game... 4. I disagree with that in this case.. because this is a direct violation of US constitution.. Trial By jury is one of the biggest rights we have in the US judicial system.. To force someone to give that up, after they purchase content that had no warning of the terms.. Its wouldnt fly IN ANY LEGIT court room.. The great thing is to fight this you dont have to take them to court.. In the USA contact your states attorney generals... There is no way they will let this fly.. Qoute my post 6 months down the road!!!!! EDIT: I just found this nice little article.. They have an Opt OUT clause.. but you may not even need it.. Source

also, its very easy to say:
1 - "dont buy the videogame if u dont agree with the rules that comes with it" 2 - "dont agree with the TOS, if u dont like the content" not so easy to do is: 1 - To chose another videogame based in the rules applied when all videogames will use the same rules (written in different words, but same rules) 2 - The act of not agreeing with the TOS means no PSN, now, i dont realy care about PSN, but together with it, its all multiplayer, updates, add-ons, and NEW GAMES, u know u wont be able to play new games if u dont agree. So, u can buy a videogame that u agree with the rules, and spent, lets say 300 U$, some games and accessories, lets say 600U$ total, to make it easy. And in the next week, new rules, and your plans are gone :D, your money together...And YOU CAN stay proud in home with your 3.15 firm, or your 3.41, but you cant play new games, and no multiplayer for you anymore (say what u want, in todays world, multiplayer is very very important). Just one simple example, my example, I WOULD GIVE UP multiplayer, if thats the only thing i would have to do, but i wont lie, i want to play new games, Uncharted 3 for instance, many of us want :D . for now, my solution would be buy another ps3, now that aint that easy, not only for the money, but PS3 lifetime wont be long to end, so, in general terms, "not a good deal" |

This is why i am for piracy companies get worse and worse with their ToS's. i already saw this comming years ago and people labeling me as a pirate for evaluating pirated games before buying... lol
PS arbetrators are still humans and ussually far more sensetives to bribes(because their organisation is often smaller and independent from the goverment ^^) :P ************* [ - Post Merged - ] ************* ************* [ - Post Merged - ] *************
