before we all panic about downgrade blocking, it needs to be tested and confirmed. we cannot assume at this point so let's chill with guessing that it breaks downgrading until we know for sure.

Nobody was panicking, it's a simple rule of thumb; wait for the scene to verify you can downgrade before you upgrade. Just like the warning with going past 3.55+ before downgrading was even possible. It's ere to the side of caution, that's hardly panicking. It's called being smart. And look; as it turns out Sony did nothing to stop the downgrade so yay! No need to worry about it.

i dont think there is anyway to bypass it. the dns bypass method didnt work this time.
