I know when i have needed keys in the past i always find another way in..
Break the window, craw through an unlock window.. Bending a wire hanger to slide in the door jam to hit the unlock button in the car..(or even pull the handel with the wire hanger) Passenger side mirror comes in handy on that one..

Now I have a thought.. You know how 3.60 games were getting 3.55 Updates.. Then that made the games playable.. Well reason why they didnt have 3.60 updates because they didnt have the keys for 3.60 (some 3rd party devs).. at least that what has been reported.. If that is the case..

Then it Could be possiable if they figured out how to apply 3.55 keys to 3.60+ games..

(would the 3.60 SDK leak help in the process of applying updates to the Games? since it was more complete then the previous leaks.)

I'm pretty sure the devs of games have a way to applying patches to games to make them work on lower firmwares. If we can find out that way then maybe just maybe we can sign 3.60 games with 3.55 games. But who knows if we have to apply a special patch for each and every game.

Just a word of caution, this is coming from a man (DemonHades) who says he has a custom bootldr, can remote brick you if you use his MFW (not his anyway) and way back when, before fail0verflow came into play with all the keys, and people wanted 3.50 games, like they want 3.70 games now, he said you could decrypt 3.50 eboot.bin's by looking at the SELF header, THE SELF HEADER.

In my opinion, this man is not at all reputable in any way, just my opinion.

Unless you get the PS3 to decrypt it for you. Graf Chokolo decrypted plenty of stuff without having the keys.
