just checked ps1 games work awesome great work many thanx deank,multiman just gets bigger and better have tried ps2 game but didnt work on fat ps3

Just tried completely removing and reinstalling Multiman. Installed 02.07.01 Base from link at the top of this thread. then installed the debug update.
Still no dice on launching from the XMMB. X does nothing. Triangle doesn't include ps1_netem.self option. EDIT: I'm downloading another different PS1 game to test, maybe it's this game. I'll let you know. Last edited by underball; 09-27-2011 at 03:13 PM. |

Did you "REFRESH" the game list after you installed the update?
If system.cnf or SYSTEM.CNF is found: If .exe/.EXE is found - it is considered PS1 game. If .elf/.ELF is found - it is considered PS2 game. If .elf/.ELF is NOT found - it is considered PS1 game. Dean |

try from file manager,flash file and then ps1 emu file and launch game from ps1_emu.self file worked for me

I think this ^^ is the problem. This game has a system.CNF but no .EXE or .ELF files. just a bunch of .DAT and .STR files. It's an older Crystal Dynamics PS1 game. Since PS2 support doesn't work anyway - why not just make it recognize all of them as PS1 games? EDIT: actually the EXE data is in a file called SLUS_005.98 - which is the Sony Game ID. The first bit of data in this file calls "PS-X EXE" Last edited by underball; 09-27-2011 at 03:38 PM. |

Yes, I got feedback from chitalov with such discs... and updated the online version to 02.07.06. It should properly detect the disc. Let me know if there is a problem. All should be ok in this version.
