I wouldn't mess with dev_flash, doing something wrong, can brick your PS3.

I think the only cfw its been tested on are Rebug and Kmeaw...I don't think anyone has tried it on the others yet.

Ok to stop such posts, there is NO reason to do such thing.
The ps2 selfs contain the portion of bios that is needed for each of them to work properly according to what type of emulation they do (HW/H&SW/Full SW).
I can't swear that this wouldnt work though, I've been surprised way too many times, with this situation a perfect example.

Added Metal gear to that list. From the video I saw it looked like the Japanese version...so I can't confirm which version works and what doesn't.

yeah i tried, but i cant get any game 2 boot

has something to do with the way the cfw has been build or something, i think.

do you know if i can get from 3.55 wk, 2 kmeaw, but just using system update? cause otherwise i have 2 completely reinstall my ****

I think you just need to go back to official 3.55 from recovery mode. Then you can install Kmeaw over that from recovery.
