Yes thats rather accurate, BUT WHAT YOU LEFT OUT WAS VERY IMPORTANT, ITS THE PART WHERE THE COPYRIGHT LAWS STATE THAT WE HAVE PERMISSION TO MAKE AND USE 1 BACKUP PROVIDING WE OWN THE ORIGINAL.
Read up on copyright laws and start posting accurate info, Oh and stop leaving out important info that goes against what your saying.

True ,i only speak of myself .+ I have 3 PS3s & 1 is OFW PS3 .Other 355s 1 has my DLC other doesn't! I want what is mine ,not my problem ,if others do not respect the laws . I know its not right for people who did not buy DLC to DL it ! We already know this in movies,software pc games i can keep going .

Boycott don't do nothing to a company like Sony,the have the Music/movies/Games/Much much more to back them up etc . How many people would it take for Sony to allow us who don't want to update our ps3 ,to download what we own NEVER WILL HAPPEN ! They force unwanted software on us + try to disable are DvD/movie play back cinavia .I want to use the PS3 for what it is made for ! Music,media,games,other OS etc .. Why would they code a video icon for the XmB then pull shady move -> cinavia = Another example of them taking away features ! Instead preserving are are high priced movies + allot of crap movies.

People in general who are not as careful = Swapping discs & scratching them = eventually unusable .Sony is doing this so they can drain the average working man of there money & force them to go out & buy another DvD ! I mean damn what the hell is the ipod going to be used for if we cant use it for movies & media mp3s period ! Not cool !

Xbox Allows to backup games to the hard drive to play. Sony with there power trips + such a controlling company & so hard up on Piracy for a excuse to over power the net to there liking is just plain( WRONG ). Also Blocking us like myself who paid a extremely large amount of money in DLC. If total the amount up you would not believe me ! I am going to ask my bank to send me a full list of all my DLC purchases. One day i will post the amount i spent. Well see how anybody else would feels if they get robbed out of what they bought like myself. Just cause we have a brain & a decision to stay on 355 ,we don't deserve what we paid for ?

I already Boycott them & it will never work ! It would take 50% of there customers to massively hit there income/Profits ! This will never happen ,especially 50+% does not read the Terms of Service ! I bought my DLC not knowing i needed them to keep it activated . Not cool ,were do they mention this to there customers i never seen this ,or i would have never spent this money .I dont buy nothing from PS store anymore cause i don't like them in control of what i buy = It is mine not theirs after i buy anything = This is not leasing a car ? We buy we own ,Bottom like ! If this seemed like retaliation yes against sony & my money spent ,is all i am saying .I worked hard for my money & now i suffer from my job .
