I have 4 consoles, 1 on 3.55.2 rebug, two on 3.72 (but if i can afford a progskeet anytime soon that'll change) and I've got one dead water damaged console which I stole the bluray drive from to marry with my cfw console (laser died).

3.41 dongle nano/dongle initially.
CUrrent: 3.41 Hermes. I literally found no reason to update to 3.55 until the news yesterday of PS1 backups but even now I'm hearing people being able to run them on 3.41 also.

The only backup that gives me trouble on 3.41 is GT5.
I don't believe 3.41 is obsolete because devs are still porting their releases. Until everyone comes to a consensus to discontinue supporting 3.41 , why bother?

EDIT: Yea, PS1 is 3.55 only so it's time I update.

Been on 3.55 Kmeaw since it has been released. Before that got my ps3 in an open-box sale from FutureShop with 3.50 already on it w/somebody elses personal information still on it. (Of course I wiped the drive before I put my own in).

I've got a question because I see this often.

How come people have more than 2 consoles? I see people saying they have 3 even 4. All various firmwares.

I understand 2 consoles, one OFW one MFW (CFW) but why three or four?

3.41 CFW (I use it at my GF's home)
3.55 CFW

I use 3.41 for nostalgic reasons, first perfect jailbroken (ok, 3.40 was the first) FW :P
And the latest games don't interest me (I have several new games from before 3.41 still laying around) so there is no real reason to update the 3.41 PS3

Ow, and I have a progskeet laying somewhere in my house. Once I find the energy and time to experiment with it I can go to other FW's also...

Edit: poll needs more options:

* I have more P'S3's with different FW's
* I am able to flash the FW I want

I made the poll basically because i wanted to see who was still on 3.41 using CFW or a dongle, it was aimed more at people with a single console.
