the site is in italian, but on the left you can see waterblocks menu... this stuff is pro, it's gonna be hard to do something like this, but if you manage to, well you've got some of the best pieces around, he was great and he had knowledge of fluid dynamics |

That is quality workmanship right there! My Dad built a CNC machine which could be very handy for something like this, but getting it that clean and smooth is tricky to say the least..

It is very high quality workmanship, but certainly not what you want. It has water jacket where you want to put screws through it and the fittings come out the top. Plus, the internal surface area really isn't that large. For my blocks, I plan to carve a kind of "S" shape so the water is in there for a while. Either that, or I'll just drill 4 holes side-by-side long ways through a 1/2 blank and use copper tubing to turn the 4 circuits into 1.

i think http://www.insanewb.com/waterblock/g...?waterblock=30 this one would be great... it has great flow, a lot of surface in it and has turbolence.... why wouldn't it work?

yeah fittings on the sides is way better, but most of the cpu WB has fittings on the top... anyway i just went looking for some copper layer like 40x20 to use to make WB, but noone seems to have something like that... i'm just too much of a worker not to try this...let me know if you find the copper and start working... i'll try asking around a bit more, and if i seriously can't find anything i'll just end up buying them
