Thank deank for a great app been using for a long time now, but I've got a question for whoever is the first person who can answer it for me. Is there a way to have the Solar auto boot as your screensaver while in multiman other then going to multiman tab and launching it yourself, I looked though all the setting but didn't see a way to change the screensaver?

I don't understand. The 1st post says 3040 covers - 02.08.00 full.

Defaulting to NTFS cannot happen, because multiMAN doesn't save the last used driver mode and after booting multiMAN it should always be in FAT32 mode. Is there a way to replicate this issue?

You can launch /dev_flash/ps1emu/ps1_emu.self directly from file manager as explained earlier.

Guys, please don't be so picky, ok? Ask questions, but don't go "Deank do this, Deank do that", the scene just received a major update with this new PS1 backup play ability, just go easy on people.

Anyway, great job on all the works done so far, being done, and later made!

I've been playing ps1 games on the ps3, with absolutely no problems. Thumbs up!

FOR PLAYING PS1 GAMES ONLY A BLANK DISC WILL WORK – ISO’s DO NOT WORK AT THE MOMENT
From the front page of ps3hax here..

Should that say Burned PS1 games to CD-R or will this update let you save to HDD and play with a blamk CD-R... a little confusing..

I assume that we cant play from HDD yet..?

That is good to know, I must have something else going on then. I'll do some more testing and get back to you. I deleted Multiman completely and then installed 2.08 and I think its doing better now. Maybe I had a bad install.

Could you make a standalone EBOOT.BIN applet that mount the syscalls for the CD and launch directly the ps1_emu.self from the XMB?
It would be something like the Last_Game applet, but for PSX.
... and it would be easier than go to File Manager and browse /dev_flash to launch some PSX games.

You could make it launch the ps1_netemu.self (instead of ps1_emu.self) if some buttons are pressed when the EBOOT starts (like you do with the Debug mode in MM).

If the RELOAD.SELF is present in the same folder of the EBOOT, multiMAN would detect it and add it as an option to Games

I hope you like this idea
