I hope the issue of manually synching subtitles is fixed. When playing a file subtitles start ok and out sync after about 10 minutes, I correct through settings and after 10 or so minutes the problem recurs.

Yes, you can if you use it with multiMAN on 3.41.

I am getting a blackscreen if I launch showtime via multiman. The standalone showtime works fine though.

It seems there is an issue with the latest showtime if you UNINSTALLED multiMAN.
For some reason it can't create its database in /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/st_settings/metadb There should be 2 files there: meta.db-wal meta.db I'll see about that tomorrow. |

Those of you with problems/black-screen when launching Showtime, delete your SHOWTIME.SELF or use the the online UPDATE from the Video column.
*** First post updated with a fixed version: Version 3.3.063.g1b3c7.dirty (September 30th, 2011, 10:00EET) (disabled metadb to fix the black-screen issue) Last edited by deank; 09-30-2011 at 02:10 AM. |

USB HDD NTFS:
- USB.CFG must compile for your HDD, then copy in multiMAN USRDIR (restart multiMAN). - In the multiMAN Home column, select "PFS Driver"..start with the File Manager (MKV file will be copied to multiMAN temporary files for playback with Showtime) USB HDD FAT32: - put the "file.mkv" in a folder and use Split4g to divide (Select the folder as the source of the video file, USB HDD FAT32 as destination) - use the file manager to copy the folder containing the video split on the PS3 internal HDD. When copying the file will be merged (you do not make copying files one by one, you must copy the entire folder). - select and start playback with Showtime Last edited by Dino05; 10-03-2011 at 03:57 PM. |
