Recently purchased the ps3 infamous 2 bundle. Came with version 3.65 firmware. Is there any way to downgrade, jailbreak, etc? Admitted newb at all things PS3. Thanks,

I am also a noob but have been doing quite a bit reading and I dont think there is mate until
a new cfw is made . Do not nstall the update either lol.

you can downgrade via e3 flasher. look on the front page for it. it will be released on october 10th.

Just to clarify you can use the E3 flasher on the ps3 from this bundle? I was under the impression that unless that ps3 came with a firmware on or below 3.55 you couldn't downgrade to that version.

I don't think the E3 flasher or any hardware flashers will work if it came with stock 3.65 firmware.

I just wrote an e-mail to e3 if its possible, didnt got an reply yet.
The 3k Models are using a new "CPU-Key" or something, so it wont be possible to downgrade with progskeet. I just bought a Slim 3004A (same as urs i think) so i hope the E3 flasher will work.
