what bluetooth dongle are you using?

it also looks like you have tried to install drivers for the headset itself, the only thing that needs the driver updating is the dongle. everything else should then work.
to remove all the exclamation marks in device manager i would right click on them and uninstall the drivers, including the dongle. restart computer and then start again just updating the dongle itself by plugging it in, letting windows do its thing and follow that guide.

once it has been succesfully installed, pair it to your pc and then go to
Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers
right click on the bluetooth dongle and go to properties. then in the audio tab click on the headset and then on connect.

you should then be able to use it, make sure it is set in the playback and record devices too by right clicking on the volume icon in the system tray and selecting them.

skype is a good program to test it out and can configure it too.

Japsander's link for the drivers itself is dead - go here to get them: http://future-hacks.blogspot.com/p/downloads.html / http://download.komeil.com/browse.as....0.376-x86.cab
