i got ps3 in march paid someone to jail break it
it had cfw Wutangrza/Waninkoko 3.55
not sure which one and i didnt really have any issues with it sometimes it would freeze in a game not that big of a deal
but i couldnt install any .pkg that weren't signed.
and finally i went to kmeaw 3.55 about a week ago and the last few days its been freezing up not playing a game but in xmb and sometimes at the long in screen
i removed all homebrew apps ect reinstalled 3.55 ofw then installed kmeaw 3.55, the pup ect
i did install some emulators, showtime,the latest mm blackbox can someone give me an idea
whats up i haven't installed the update patch for kmeaw that come out 9 months ago because i thought with multiman 1.14 it wasnt needed

go to your recovery menu and rebuild your ps3 database. that should help with freezing.

so here's a dumb question i dont know what fw it can with but it wasnt 3.55 i dont think it was 3.41 thou
so do i need to do a factory restore

follow the tutorial in my signature and you will be on 3.55 kmeaw.

i would just so all the flags are set right.

okay so i reinstalled ofw 3.55
then rebuilt the database
then installed kmeaw 3.55
then lv 2
about 10 minutes later i froze up
i have been using usb hub 4to1 could tha be causing it
should i be using kmeaw permission patch or do i need to do a factor restore

what tutorial are you following? you dont need lv2 anymore. if your following the one in my signature you dont need lv2 anymore.

okay sorry when i downloaded kneaw it had instructions i was following it i'll reinstall ofw 3.55
then kmeaw 3.55
