Is it possible to use COBRA with Rebug as your regular base, or are you required to use there CFW for when not using the dongle?

You are required to use their CFW, but it's not that hard to change back if you would like.

out of curiosity I decided to install Cobras PSP Launcher pkg (I do not have Cobra) Was just trying to test out something, but when trying to run that app of theirs I get the same msg as if I had a PSN title that I needed to re-authorise, the msg asking me to go to the PSN store to reactivate it. Found that kinda funny.

that is indeed odd can you link me to this pkg that you are talking about? i found it its available at cobras website if anyone else wants to take a look at it. seems as if its some sort of psp mini. wierd.

Thats the one. It listed in the download area of the cobra usb website. I found it odd it would give that message.

Also there cobra usb manager give the error 8001009 (I think I have the right amount of 0) when trying to load it.

Is the base Cobra CFW, the one you install before using the dongle, and which is active when not using it) would it harm my sytem in any way to install this update without then using the Dongle.
