I try now this all...

CECH2004B:
3 times Soldeing on Mainboard
3 times Soldering new on Teensy
More GND from Teensy to PS3 Mainboard
i cute 3 times the wire smaler...

CECH2504B:
2 times Soldering
2 Time different cable
first teensy and than my second teensy
More GND (6 Wire on PS3 Mainboard)

... evry time different Dumps
i used Beta 4 - 10

realy, now i dont know whats wrong?

And whats dumps do You compare?
"Dump,dump,dump" without boot XMB? - in this case dumps must be identical.
Or dump,boot,dump,boot? - in this case dumps may difference because of changed settings in XMB.

i try two procedur:

first:
- i connect the USB cable to teensy and USB port on my Notebook.
- i connect than the Power Cable to PS3
- NORway.py COM11... waiting for restart NOR Info...than
- i turn on the PS3 and...
- waiting a few seconds, like 10 seconds
- than NORway.py COM11 dump xxxx.bin
- after than NORway.py COM11 release
- than disconnect the Power Cable + USB Cable
-... than i try all again

second:
- i connect the USB cable to teensy and USB port on my Notebook.
- i connect than the Power Cable to PS3
- NORway.py COM11... waiting for restart NOR Info...than
- i turn on the PS3 and...
- waiting a few seconds, like 10 seconds
- than NORway.py COM11 dump xxxx.bin
- if finish ... again NORway.py COM11 dump xxxx1.bin
- if finish ... and again NORway.py COM11 dump xxxx2.bin
- after than NORway.py COM11 release
- Disconnect all cable

i try now on USB3.0 and USB2.0 Port... like the same

Try such procedure:
1. connect USB (power is disconnected)
2. NORway.py COM11
3. connect power cable and turn on console
4. NORway.py COM11
5. NORway.py COM11 dump xxxxx.bin
6. NORway.py COM11 dump yyyyy.bin
7. NORway.py COM11 release
8. disconnect power cable

check MD5
Must be same

thanks for help... but no luck MD5 are different.

i try this to:
USB to PC
NORway.py COm11
Power Cable + Turn On
NORway.py COm11 dump xxxx.bin
NORway.py COm11 dump yyyy.bin
NORway.py COm11 release
Power disconnect

and this:
USB to PC
Power Cable
NORway.py COm11
Turn On
NORway.py COm11
NORway.py COm11 dump xxxx.bin
NORway.py COm11 dump yyyy.bin
NORway.py COm11 release
Power disconnect

no luck....

Is Your teensy modded to 3.3V? Or it uses 5V?

NORway v0.4 beta12

Here's the link to the latest v0.4 beta12:

It's been confirmed to write successfully to Samsung K8Q2815 using "writeword" and "writewordubm" modes.

Not yet verified, but hopefully also (still) working for Spansion N, Macronix and Samsung K8P2716. Spansion P (the one I got) is doing well in all writing modes.
