backwards issue

okay, so I have a backwards compatible that had a bad bluray drive. I replaced the drive with another one and swapped the pcb from the original drive over to the other bluray drive. All was well for the first couple of power ups. It was playing everything( ps3, ps2) When I went to play a ps1 game it lookedlike it was going to load, but then it beeped and shut off completely. I took it out and tried again, same thing. So then I tried a ps2 game and a ps3 game and got the same error both times. ( error 80010514 or 0415. something like that, and Im sorry I dont have it but I cant get it to do it again. Just now actually it just loaded a ps2 game no problem, but shut donw after another ps1 try and no no ps2 either. I figured you guys would be able to help me here, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you in advance, and if you need any other info just let me know. Thanks guys

Hello.

According to wiki : 0x80010514 Possibly reading blu-ray disc problem
Your logic board might be busted. What firmware are you on? Can you run homebrew/pkgs?
First I would check the BD-to-Motherboard cable, it could be damaged. If you have a spare one, try to replace it.
If that doesn't work, did the drive you bought have a logic board with it? If it did, you might want to try remarrying it and see if it works with the new one.
