hi all i have downloaded a cfw and installed it but was scammed it actualy was ofw 3.72 now i carnt play back ups is there and way to downgrade back to 3.55 really need the help thanks in advance

sorry to hear that m8 , i feel for you but one you should only get fw from the proper places and not dl it from somewhere u dont know . the only thing you can do is downgrading via hardware mode look at e3 flasher and progkeet

it will work on all ps3 aprt from the new unhackable slim , the e3 flasher for fat ps3 has been delayed for a a bit but it will be solderless and i think the proskeet is also solderless too not sure if it out or not yet because ive not looked in to it much as not getting the proskeet im getting a e3flasher

how much are the e flashers and am foaming some one would put fake cfw up just for the thrill

Not sure about e flasher price, but Progskeet is around €45.

As to the fake CFW, look on the bright side, it has taught you a valuable lesson about trust

i have found a cfw by rogero that is showing its cfw 3.72 it starts to install but fails at 75 percent any ideas

Rogero has only released a lv1 patched MFW for 3.55 which is SPOOFED to 3.72. That doesn't make it 3.72 CFW, it STOPS you from GOING to 3.72 from 3.55, while using that PUP. It's used once you've downgraded your machine.

yeah but was i was wondering is if it is starting to let me install could i not get a spoofed 3.72 cfw and try installing that to ix prob
